To meet me is to feel my Joy-Machine nature, which can feel like sparkles flowing out my heart, eyes and words. My personal and professional curiosities are infused with joy, innocent-play, heart-explosions, giving myself and each other Permission Slips to live the fullest, embodied, and joy-filled life.
Healing modalities I reference and work with personally and with clients includes Parts-Work, Family Constellations, Grief & Shadow-work, and Somatic (body) awareness ask “what areas of yourself are might be keeping you from fully expressing your truest nature?”
In 2021, I began exploring Human Design. Human Design offers an energetic map to explore your unique cosmic mechanics. This map can lead you to fall in love with yourself and bring more ease to life’s experiences.
